Gloria is Managing Director of Tonic Productions Ltd; in partnership with broadcaster Tim Samuels and part of Fresh One (Jamie Oliver’s production company). Tonic specialise in content production for charities and companies, as well as producing programmes and series for BBC Radio and other networks, notably Men’s Hour for BBC 5Live.

Gloria was a senior manager at the BBC for 25 years, she's been Managing Director of BBC Children in Need, helped launch BBC radio stations, pioneered the BBC Social Action Unit and led the Africa Lives season and storytelling campaigns in the BBC's nations and regions.  She's mentored leading on-air talent, chief execs and charities. Currently she holds several creative advisory consultancies, notably for The Eden Project.

Gloria is a trained social worker and a Fellow and Trustee of The Radio Academy and Jamie Oliver's Better Food Foundation.
